Bio
Chicago-born Chris Eversley, son of basketball veterans, inherited their court dreams. Before becoming the first Division 1 scholarship athlete from his high school, he starred at nationally-ranked academic powerhouse Payton Prep before shining at Cal Poly.
A two-time All-Big West selection, Chris tasted championship glory as MVP and led Cal Poly to the NCAA Tournament. Armed with a degree in Sport Management, he embarked on a professional career, globetrotting through the ASEAN Basketball League (scoring 1,000 points), Belgium, and Germany.
After retiring from professional basketball in 2019, Chris transformed his challenging transition into the mission behind Overtime Solutions (OS). He now leverages his performance mindset and firsthand experience to equip fellow athletes for impactful careers beyond their sport. Expanding this focus, OS partners with universities to deliver dynamic leadership development workshops and actionable frameworks, empowering student-athletes to achieve sustained success and make their mark after graduation.
Chris leans on his unique athletic and entrepreneurial experiences to connect with audiences on a deeper level, sharing stories and strategies that resonate with diverse groups. He believes that everyone has the potential to achieve greatness, and he's dedicated to providing the mindset and strategies to help others unlock their full potential.
